There's been enough real estate greed. Its turning into a dense city quickly and losing gorgeous landscapes, wooded areas and ruining attractions such as golf courses that if time was taken to properly manicure and mainti would be top notch. Stop looking for the quick buck in selling off the land.

The proposed changes to the comprehensive plan, if passed, would benefit one single golf course owner, have a dramatic adverse effect on the environment and perpetuate the perception of “the back-room deal” being alive and well on Broad Street. When is enough –enough? Let good sense prevail with this Council.
