VSP controls all the doctor! VSP helps nobody but themselves. They are a drain on healthcare dollars. Ban thm now.

The new system increases our time to submit claims . Would be nice if VSP would allow electronic submissions through our clearinghouse at least for the exam ! The new platform is awful and COB claims will take more time to submit all the allowables and payments from the primary Medical carrier .

We hate the new version. It's WAY WORSE than the previous one. They put everything on the same page and it is very cumbersome to go down to just file for exam only

New one is ok for pulling auths but it sucks for billing. We shouldn't be forced to use the new one if it's super confusing. That's time wasted at our offices
