Raw milk is very good for you; that is why they wont allow it to be freely sold. Increasingly we are being deliberately deprived of food that is good for us whilst food that is injurious to human health is promoted because it is more lucrative for the greedy corporations like pharmaceutical companies who make billions out of degenerative disease and ill-health. Also of course there is talk of population control and genetic modification - foods are being genetically modified to deliberately alter human genes and gene expression. Be careful how you eat!

I find the treated milk is too hard to digest. Anyway, I should be allowed to choose what type of milk I wish to consume. I find no good reason to ban the sale of unpasteurised milk in the UK>

I believe that the public should have more choice about the quality of the food that is made available to us. I believe that the over processed nature of food today is having a very detrimental effect upon the generall health and well being of everybody these days.

We need the true goodness from raw milk - from grass fed cows. Milk used to be truly healthy

We are given a choice about whether or not to smoke and/or drink alcohol, both of which can lead to major health problems but are not allowed to make an informed choice about whether or not to drink unpasteurised milk - a much safer option than smoking or drinking. Why?

Unpasteurized milk is safer than pasteurized milk and have all nutrients and enzymes in it while not processed with heat. Please allow wide range sale of raw milk.

It is high time raw milk was sold in Scotland. Pasteurization and Homogenization destroy the goodness in milk products.

The health benefits of raw dairy are manifold. It is time to stop the unnecessary and harmful restriction to this healthful live food. The restriction has no basis in science. Careful monitoring of the industry, of course a necessity, will produce a beneficial product.

I would love to see more raw milk products being sold in independent shops and markets. I do not think it has any place in a supermarket, it is a totally different product that cannot be farmed like normal milk so therefore is not a viable product for supermarkets to make profit. They will turn it into a product we don't want. We want to eat nutritious live health giving foods that are as natural as possible. Not over processed pasteurised dead foods.

Raw milk is essential for my health. I suffer from very poor health, and raw milk is one of the few things that really helps. I know the government doesn't give a monkey's about us or our health, and will happily destroy our natural habitat as they go on a fracking spree, but if the ministers, the financiers and their cronies had one quarter of my health condition they would quickly reconsider their adoration of Mammon. So please stop tampering with nature, and let us all enjoy the benefits of raw milk, as God intended.

We should be free to choose what we buy and who we buy it from . if more farmers could farm how they want then this barbaric factory farming may come to a stop and cruelty to animals . we may also stand a chance to start getting the proper healthy bacteria back into our systems that help our immune systems and guts . everything we consume that has been factory farmed and industrialized has been robed of goodness and laced with toxins ! please take a stand and help recover by making small changes at a time .
