There is clear evidence that unprocessed milk is far safer and nutritious than processed milk. I have experience of raw jersey milk and would love to be able to get this in the supermarket

I believe that unpasteurised milk is healthier than pasteurised. People should be able to continue buying in order to avoid the industrialised (and unhealthy) food chain.

My sister and I drank unpasturised milk as children before it became difficult to access. I am a firm believer that access to a wide variety of natural bacteria supports the body's natural defences and that - if properly regulated - raw milk is a safe and ideal mechanism for accessing this. It is a shame that this choice is not open more widely for people choose.
