Just give them the permit! Why upset the owners and put these gorgeous fur babies into a situation that has no positive outcome and can be avoided! Unacceptable of this local government! There are enough dogs needing rescuing, don't put another 2 into the system unnecessarily

We decide the rules not the bureacrats and its high time they are remineded we employ them to manage Council Areas Safely not too tear apart loving families due to blanket 1 fits all rules!

I have a dog that suffers if separated from my other dog, they become very attached to each other and dependant

Wouldn’t it common sense to allow this family to stay together but add a clause to say that after each dog passes it shall not be replaced? Where is the sense in the councils decision? Inhuman

The council can easily arrange for this family to keep all their dogs, there are many animal groups that can help ensure this single case is managed with compassion.

Animals are not disposable. Asking a family to abandon two of their beautiful animals when they are loved and cared for is despicable.
