This is just wrong and cruel. Do not separate these dogs.

Please don't make them give up a part of their family!

How can this be that stupid. Let this family keep all their dogs. They are well taking care of . Why don't you go after the ones that tortures and abuse them. Let this family keep their dogs.. Are you going to tell parents also that they can' 't have more than 4 kids lol !!

Please keep this family together!! They love all of these dogs and are taking good care of them...they are a part of them now...a part of their heart. It would be cruel to tear them away. Please make an exception for this special family ❤❤

These are well cared for dogs and council should reconsider. Heartbreaking

These are very well cared for dogs. You can see by the photos. Allow them a permit to keep them, they will be down to four dogs in a few years when the older ones pass.

Local government gone mad! Surely they have better things to do than persecute a family, especially after ten years with no problems.

If they are well cared for and haven’t caused any problems leave them be.

The dogs should stay

Oh come on council- perhaps council could better make use of their time looking out mental health and importance of community support services rather than treat animals and people like they are worthless

I think the council is heartless wanting to separate these dogs from their family.

I know this family they are beautiful people and they care and love for there dog it not fair that the council want to do this since they well care for and neglected

So, having this many dogs is against regulations? This is outrageous, and there is no public/state benefit in splitting up this family(note, not pack.) I am not anti-authority, if this was a cruelty/animal welfare or public health issue then that's very different but no mention of that in press release. Forget blanket restrictions, this should be a case by case basis, and this family should be left to do what they do in peace.

Let the family keep their dogs, they are settled there. It would be detrimental to break them up. Have a heart

If you dont have any compliants after this family of non aggresive dogs has,been residing in peace in your council area.And suggesting you flick.off the elderly lovex pets,of these caring people.You are a heartless council.its their lives your tampering with in I am absolutely stunned at your callous decision in this matter and would suggest you rethink the heartlessness of the distress you are causing.

You can't do this to those dogs or family.

It'all about control of your rights. The ones in power enjoy pulling the rug out from under happy families to cause stress and breakup and cause disease and heart break. Poer to the people. Let your voice be heard.

Butt out Hume council. The dogs are being cared for, what more do you want?
