There are people in the Hume area with the same amount of dogs but not registering them, these people are doing right by the council so the council should return the favour and focus on the pricks that are in the wrong!

If you let them be registered there for 10 years then it doesn't matter. I couldn't understand if that weren't registered and where getting to hide them
