I do not agree with moving the elected officials 5 miles out of the Precinct 3 boundary in to Precinct 2.

Keep them in Kingsland. It makes no god sense to office the Kingsland JP, Constable and Clerk in Buchanan Dam or any place other than Kingsland.

It doesn't make any sense to remove the people responsible for an area from that area. That's how you lose touch with your constituents and fail to address the actual concerns of the populace and area for which one is responsible.
