Kingsland is the place i want to be and thats because its great the way it is... The law enforcement is doing a good job of cleaning up and the more good honest people move here the more the bad has to go. KEEP THEM IN KINGSLAND!!

It is my opinion that moving our Justice of the Peace, Constable and Clerk from Precinct 3 to Buchanan Dam would be a huge disservice to those officials as well as the residents of Kingsland, TX. The response time to take care of calls locally would be increased, the security of our community would be decreased and I believe the overall cost of doing this would actually INCREASE for the county with the gaps in coverage. We need to keep our JP, Constable and Clerk right here in Kingsland, TX. The County Commissioners need to remember who it is that they represent and call community meetings on "decisions" this drastic PRIOR to making the decision for the people who pay the taxes in this county.
