Alma Wager is trying to have the memorials of Bryan Scholz and Phillip Irvan removed off of Heads Creek in House Springs, Mo.

Her reason is because their is a bus stop near the memorial site, and rather than teaching children respect, she rather disrespect these boys and their family by having the memorials removed!

There is no harm being done having the memorials there!

I really cannot wrap my head around the idea that a simple memorial could possibly be considered a bad influence on anyone walking by the bus stop. It feels like such a cold way to view things because the families just want a place to remember them and honestly that should be common sense to everyone involved.

My daughter died in 1983. I see no reason that these parents can't have a memorial up where their sons list their lives. Losing a child is the absolute worse thing that you will ever face in this life. God bless these parents!

These memorials mean a lot to a lot of people. People put up memorials at crash sites all the time. And we put Bryan's with Phil's because Bryan and Phil were extremely close.

Family and friends already lost a loved one, and shouldn't have to worry about petty things like this. For some, this memorial is the only peace they receive in this tragic event. I'm saddened that she has no compassion or simpathy in a situation like this..

There is no need to take down someone's loved ones memorial site. It means something to them and it makes them feel like they have something left of them. They go visit the memorial site like someone would go visit a grave at a cemetery.

I do not see any reason for this memorial to be taken down. There is nothing else even there so let the memorial stand where it has for years! I knew both us these young men, we all went to the same high school. The memorial is for friends and family to remember the two loved boys.
