This Bookstore is a very important resource for WBG staff and the general public including tourists visiting DC.

Please keep the Infoshop open! It can perhaps be revamped -- e.g. into a "visitor's center" for the World Bank Group but the Bank needs a place where people can walk in off the street and explore what the institution has to offer in terms of information.

Infoshop is a fantastic asset the WBG should not lose! It is not only an interface with the public but also a great resource for WBG staff.

Bookstores are closing all around DC, let's not follow that trend.

It is a good place to find and read something interesting about what the Bank is doing, and for a light shopping, please don't close the store!

This is a very important, open and welcoming face of the World Bank Group. Why not make it even more inviting for the general public by adding a coffee bar and encouraging exploration & discussion??

The Infoshop is a great resource for the visitors and WBG staff alike, and a 'face of the Bank' I still remember when first visiting the Bank 20 years ago as a student.

This bookstore is the face of the World Bank and is the first introduction people have to the World Bank when visiting Washington DC. Not only is it a tourist attraction but also a favored getaway for Bank employees and other DC-ers during lunch break, after a long day, etc. It would be a shame to close this store. Please keep it open!

The bookstore inspired me to work in development when I visited DC as a college student in 1992. I have valued visiting it each time I visit HQ-it's one of my favorite places in DC. I can't imagine HQ without the bookstore.

Please keep this store open! The staff has organized an extensive, unique collection. Besides all the social sciences and economics, they make a special effort to collect international fiction - available nowhere else I've ever found, locally OR online. If the World Bank purports to want to improve living conditions for people in the developing world, why shut down this resource to inform the DC population about the cultures and societies of these regions?

This is an invaluable resource for our country partners who come into town periodically. It's an important public good that must continue to be supported.

As a former bookseller, I know the pleasures of reading in print. I'd say, keep the store for even more than ten reasons.

I love the World Bank Bookstore (Infoshop) where I can find books from all over the world, not only Bank publications.
