This is a fantastic resource in DC and helps promote the Bank and the important work that it does. It makes access to relevant information easy.

I have been a customer and WBG staff member for years. This is a tremendous award-winning resource that we have; every alternative should be considered.

I have really enjoyed coming to this bookstore. Unlike others, this store uniquely provides a service that cant be found elsewhere. I hope you reconsider.

I'm from Montana and this is my favorite store in DC! My daughter is a teacher and I find wonderful resources for her here.

The InfoShop and its events connect the Bank to so many, from thought leaders to beginning researchers. Please keep it open.

Please reconsider this decision. The Infoshop is a unique resource for the international development community in the Washington DC area, and is critical to sharing the intellectual capital generated by the Bank.

This is a really bad decision.

The Infoshop is about so much more than WB Doc distribution. It could and should be a World Bank information center.

Such a loss for DC and anyone interested in development issues.

The Infoshop has been the Bank's "signature", we should not close it and can consider revamping - e.g. the idea of a Visitor Center merits consideration.

A wonderful place to just browse and explore, not to mention finding textbooks super cheap.

Super resource, great staff. Keep it open and even expand it!

The InfoShop is fantastic, it simply cannot be true that WB management is planning to close it! I always take my visiting friends there, who inevitably end up buying both professional and leisure literature.

Closing the Infoshop would be a mistake because it is a unique resource that is used not only by WBG staff but many others interested in international affairs in the DC area. Please keep it open.

I have been a customer of the World Bank Bookstore (InfoShop) for years. It provides a valuable service to our community that other bookstores do not. New management's idea/decision to close Infoshop completely (not even relocating it) seems rather shortsighted.

Visiting the info-shop always makes me proud to work for the World Bank. What a treasure of knowledge! Especially good for us country office staff, where we can in one place efficiently stock up on books... Please don't close it!

I always find useful books from this store any time I visited Washington.

The very limited savings from losing this very appreciated service by all our stakeholders and staff is just another proof of savings at any price. A proper cost/benefit analysis that considers intangible values would surely result in a different decision.
