The Y.M.C.A have helped many people and have given the up most support to people that have been through some really hard times. they have fantastic resources to help people back on their feet and help them get somewhere positive in their lives. I came out of there with qualifications, a home a great job and some fantastic friends, if it wasn't for the Y.M.C.A I don't know where I would be today.

Our young vulnerable homeless people need our ongoing support. Please consider what their future holds without having the services of the YMCA available to them.

I know the Council is having to cut costs radically, but this area should simply not be up for discussion. Young people wouldn't become homeless without very good reason, and you can't throw young lives away before they've barely begun and still call yourself civilised.
