This was the first pub i went to when i was 14 and had a brown ale.It is or rather was the second pub on our way home .
The Eva Hart The White horse and then,if we were still able The Tollgate.

NIce pub. It had plenty of users. I suppose it'll be turned into a residential property. More people in the area. That's just ehat we need!!!!!

It has been a public house for 400 years , I think it's very important to keep the culture identity of the area

A lovely locals pub with so much history. Worked here for a while some years ago. Couldn't beat the friendly local atmosphere.

We should be saving these old pubs they are our heritage
Me and my hubby have been in there be for and was made so welcome so please keep it as a pub as a lot of older people was in there at the time

If you put in money to do the place up people will go there, no more flats or eateries are needed, and the pub has history, leave as a pub it makes more sense.

Not many good pubs and restaurants left now and this also has a good function hall that is still needed for the community..please keep open the White Horse.
