We took a ride out there today and honestly I am not getting the same vision, that isn't a good ski area at all. Plus it will ruin the beauty of the mountains.

Spring Creek does not need a private or public ski resort. We do not need to become a Jackson Hole or Park City, nor do we have the water resources.

Keep the Rubies wild. They are no place for ski resorts or developments. Damage like that to our mountains can’t be undone.

The community has shown that we do not want this! We do not want to be the next Jackson Hole, where only the elite can afford to live and recreate and the local community has become priced out. We do not want to foot the bill for the impacts a ski hill will have on our already stressed water resources, all for the benefit of a few “friends and family”. This zoning change impacts so much more than just a single piece of private property; it opens the door for more development that is likely already in the works. More runs, more lifts, more housing, more private recreation, more amenities that our community will not be able to afford, nor benefit from, other than watching from the valley floor. Please consider all the implications this zoning change brings with it, present and future. And please, listen to what your community is saying!

The ruby valley wildlife and environment are part of a unique and fragile ecosystem. Developing in the areas proposed will negatively impact the mountain in a way that will become irreversible.
This development will also be a Segway for future developments and further decline of the beauty and stability of the region.

I’m requesting you deny this zone change. He promised’ if the community didn’t want it he wouldn’t build it. Save our mountains, wildlife and community.

The Rubies should stay pristine. I don't think anyone should be able to buy land or leases.

Stop this!
Leave our mountain alone!
It should go back to open space.
