The Ruby Mtns are a special habitat area. We don't need a resource hogging intensive use business like a ski resort.

It needs to stay in its natural beauty. I don't want to look out my back door and see a private ski lift that lessens the appeal of the mountains

For all the reasons listed here and more I ask the county to withdraw this approval and stop this project.

The Rubies are beautiful dont let them be developed into a resort. Keep our small town ranch feeling.

I am against this ski development. The ruining of the nature of the rubies. Increased traffic, Taxes. And most importantly-the lack of snow fall which affects the water situations

We have a ski resort and it hardly stays open because of our unpredictable snow fall. We live in a high desert. The water we get supports a sensitive ecosystem. If the land owner wishes to build a private ski resort, doing it somewhere else with regular snowfall that has an industry for it is a better idea. The rubies are not like Wasatch. We already have a high end housing development in lamoille. Developing public land and making it only accessable to the rich is unfair to the community that takes care of it.

Outrageous and more of the same behavior the wealthy are trying all over our country and all over the world that matter. Dishonest.

The Ruby Mountains are the crown jewel of our Western lifestyle and should not be commercialized or privatized. I am completely opposed to this development. It ignores the will of the community, threatens our local charm, and serves only the developer’s self-interest. Keep the Rubies wild and Spring Creek a cowboy town.

Hard to believe that someone would deface these beautiful and unique mountains for profit. How about a little respect!
