I’m a spring creek resident. I’d like to keep the rubies as underdeveloped as we possibly can.

I’m right in line with this area. 326 crowbar. We are already low on water. Having to drill another well probably this year. It’s going to be a shame to see all the new traffic problems in this already small rural area. No no no

This ski resort will not only cause additional issues with water, traffic and visual esthetics, it will also degrade the property values of those living in Spring Creek.

I hate the scar this company has already dug into the Ruby mountain range with their roads. It is the first thing you see when gazing out at the mountains. I can't help but wonder what damage these roads have caused to the natural flow of any creeks that may run through them let alone what wildlife has been disrupted. I understand it is their land but, they purchased agricultural land not commercial land. The Ruby Mountains are known all over for their untouched beauty and now all you see is a road that's been cut. If this company is allowed to continue with building the ski resort and housing it is going to out price all of us in the surrounding area. What happens if they run out of money before the ski resort is completed? And it sales to Alterra or Vail or some other company?

Please leave the rubies untouched! Spring Creek already does not have the infrastructure to support what we have let alone a ski resort, no matter how small

The Ruby Mountains need to be left alone, there is no need for a private ski resort. All the wild life will have to find new places to live. Why damage something so Beautiful for one persons gain of wealth. Leave the Ruby's alone
