We want to keep this a community not a tourist trap. We want to be able to afford our home. Water is a huge issue as well. We already have water issues just turn on your tap. Fransico Partners is a private equity firm from the bay area he is not here for us; he's here to make money off our land for his own gain.

There won’t be any undeveloped mountain ranges if we let this happen

Facts over feelings: there is not enough water for ski resort. That’s all that matters. It doesn’t matter how cool it would be to have a ski resort here. There is not enough water. Please don’t shortchange the existing residents of Spring Creek and Lamoille.

The mountains should be left alone! Do we really need to tear apart another natural ecosystem just for entertainment.

No Development on the Ruby Mountains. Look what happened to Truckee, Ca. It’s UNRECOGNIZABLE! And too expensive for non millionaires to live.

Please stop taking apart our world. AI is taking up our water, drillings cutting into the earth, hot springs are being taking control of. All our nature resources are being consumed by man.

We’re already in a drought it will just be an unused eyesore that just takes more water the the farms need

We are opposed to this development. The impact will have detrimental consequences on the wildlife and the surrounding agricultural entities that have been there for generations. Not to mention fire potential and water issues.

We need to stop ruining things for profit. Also the snow pack how will we gain what’s needed? More cloud seeding? Elko county should start looking into the health of our people and stop only seeing dollar signs.
