I live in Spring Creek and love looking out my back porch to the rubies. The last thing me or my family wants is a huge resort. We would consider moving away if that happens. The reason we moved here was for the peace and quiet away from the hustle of big cities. The same thing happened to my mother's hometown in Colorado. It is now overdeveloped, over priced its unliveable, and crime is beyond excessive.

I believe the Rubies are not just another place for people to build on. The Ruby Mountains hold so many fond memories not just for me but I’m sure for many others. The Ruby Mountains should be preserved it is one of the few places that hasn’t been touched by the developers, and I believe that’s how it should stay. Please help keep this amazing place safe not only for the community but for the future families that have yet to experience the wonders of the Ruby Mountains.

my family has rich history with the Ruby’s and the surrounding areas for over a hundred years. this would be absolutely devastating if it were approved. this is one a monumental piece of nevada’s scenery, and wildlife habitat.

I live right at the bottom of lamoille canyon and considering the canyon has some beautiful scenery, development would take that away from everyone in the Elmo/spring creek area.

I love just down the road from here and we know how bad this will be for our community. Please do the right thing and stop this from happening

This seriously impacts ranchers and people who have been using the land for an actual purpose for generations.

The Ruby Mountains are a precious part of Nevada’s wild areas. Say no to development on the few remaining open spaces,

One of the reasons we moved our family here from Reno is the privacy, quiet and undeniable beauty of these majestic places, we do not want this to become congested and noisy thank you

This change of the face of the Rubies into a private ski hill cannot be allowed to happen. It will be an eyesore, hurt ranching and irrigation, harm wildlife, and negatively affect the people of Spring Creek, Lamoille, and Elko. Please do not allow this to happen.
