this place has so much meaning to me and my kids who know are grown up and always talk about manor road roller hockey i coached and played a lot of games here and saw a lot of kids dream big as one day they would put on a jersey for there favorite team this rink has inspired many of our kids to play the game so many of us love and still play to this day.

Sports keeps kids out of trouble and this rink provides a great place for children to learn hockey on staten island and a great place for adults to continue playing keep it alive

My children loved going to this roller rink, to destroy it would be hurtful to the children, the community and for all of Staten Island

keep the rink open! This rink has been open since 1995...First Richmond Roller hockey closed, then years latter sports Fest, now this. Please keep this open!

You keep on closing things that kids could do for what you put more kids in the streets and do more drugs... maybe if they had places to hang out like we did while we were younger they will stay away from the streets and the drugs and stay out of jail

Staten Island offers very few places for kids to occupy themselves in their free time, The rink provides the children a safe place to get exercise and to socialize with their peers. I feel it would be a terrible injustice to the children of Staten Island to close the rink.

These kids need a place to go and play ... we can't keep closing all these outlets for the children

I feel that they should keep the rink so kids have a place to go to if they close it there will be more kids hanging on the streets with nothing to do and getting themselves into trouble

I've played at this rink since it was open air with asphalt, this is the last roller rink on SI, it needs to stay open!

This is not right this is one of the only roller rinks in the Tristate area!!!!!
