HELP KEEP THE ROLLER HOCKEY RINK OPEN AT MANOR ROAD AND BOYCOTT NY CAROUSEL LLC

Many young men and women on Staten Island grew up playing on this rink. Many older men lived out their 20s and 30s playing on this rink. This rink has been a staple of this area for as long as I can remember. We need more rinks, ball fields, etc. Too many kids nowadays are playing video games instead of finding their true talent. Keep the rink open!!!

My sons played hockey there for years when they were young. It was a great experience for them. When the Island is having a major problem with drugs, taking away this rink is not a smart thing to do!

MUST STAY OPEN!! My son has made so many good friends & worked with great people. It is a great place for children to go each week.

they just put the roof on a year ago....why wouldn't someone have had a plan for leagues of all ages?? makes no sense to close it regardless.

This rink cannot be removed, if they fixed it up a bit, and ran a hockey league the right way, they would make plenty of money.

This is a great place for hockey. Also my daughter practiced lacrosse there too. Keep the kids off the street.

This cannot, should not, must not happen. Roller hockey is one of the most exciting as well as physically challenging sports a young person can play. There is little to no contact Like there is in football, there is a lot more cardio vascular the man, where as baseball does not have that, it teaches children how to play on a team rather than an individual… Like swimming. This affects hundreds if not thousands of children in Staten Island and even if you are not Hey hockey fan or a hockey player you need to sign this petition.
