Then everyone wonders why there is a drug epidemic on Staten island. Nothing for kids to do any more!

Please keep this rink open! It's the one place my son can roller skate, play on a team and have a great time on the weekends with great volunteers and coaches.

Exercise over sitting on a plastic horse going around in circles for 5 minutes. There's a carousel 2.7 miles away... No need.

Please don't shut down the roller hockey league. The kids have so much fun and have learned a lot. Not just hockey skills, but teamwork. My son will be crushed if he doesn't get to play on Saturday mornings.

To remove the rink is cruel. Especially when so many children and parents go to the rink to experience positive activities. This rink provides an affordable sports activity for many families in the community.

KEEP the rink open . ..these coaches have given their all to the kids every weekend..to have someone come in and close it would be a slap in the face to our children and Staten Island itself..
Keep Calm and Play Hockey!

The game of inline Hockey is vastly becoming popular for children and adults. A number of tournaments and travel leagues are currently forming around the tri-state area. By closing the only skating rink on Staten Island would be a travisty to the game as well as the children and adults that play. Please keep the rink open.

This rink and league are critical to the youth of the island who still have an interest in this fantastic sport. It's also a place where people of all ages have come together through the years, and still do, to make memories and enjoy something they love doing. Please consider the impact this place has had on so many before closing it down.

I played here growing up. You can't get rid of it!! It really is the only local place to play hockey, and the nicest. The guys there do a heck of a job keeping it opened and active.

Please keep this rink open. It's the only roller hockey rink on Staten Island that runs free clinics and teaches our kids the great game of hockey.

This rink is a top notch rink ran by the best. We have been playing here since we are kids. Closing this rink will be heart breaking to this community and every player who ever skated here.

Started playing at this rink when I was 7 years old and continue to play there now. Majority of Staten Island hockey's players have played here. Too rest of a place to close down. Keep it running !!
