Please CVS, move to the old albertsons building. Leave Village Walk the way it is. You will ruin its charm if your tear down what is there.

This shopping center is the bright light of Chula Vista! It is beautiful and exactly what Eastlake needs. DO NOT destroy it!!

Village Walk has been my favorite shopping and recreational location since it first opened. It is a one of a kind attractive, pleasant and beckoning experience!! Changing to a CVS will destroy the ambiance of Village Walk and the 4 & 5 visits I make there every week will be reduced greatly!

These are two very special restruants for my family and places we enjoy very much to go eat and celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events. I personally would love to continue creating special moments here now and further along.

Please leave Via Lago and Karina’s alone!! Via Lago is the only good restaurant in the city of Chula Vista, and if anything, you should be working with these two establishments to make your shopping center what all of us want to be proud of having in Chula Vista. Another big box store is nothing we want or need especially since it is saturated with drug stores in a close proximity. Remember Eastlake was supposed to represent Live, Work & Play. What happened to that?? Better change the name of the center from "Village Walk" to "Retail Greed Way," Mr. Sudberry!!!

the last thing village walk needs is a CVS! I'm a proud bargain shopper and I can say that they won't even be able to compete with walmart and rite aid! CVS will go under too!! Katrina's is always packed and every Mexican in the southbay loves it!

PR BS! Karina's is still being forced to either take a smaller space or leave the center. CVS is not acceptable and we plan to continue the fight we began by attending the City Planning meeting on June 10th at 6:00 PM. Tearing down a beautiful building is environmentally irresponsible! There is one way in to that center. It will be a nightmare. More restaurants not retail. Listen to the 1700 customers and neighbors who are saying what they want in their neighborhood. This is an unacceptable answer and we plan to fight on!

Please Via Lago and Karinas restaurants. We love the shopping as it is, it's beautiful. We DO NOT NEED or want a CVS in lieu. Sudbury properties don't be so greedy. Re think the plan!
