As a realtor and resident of the community for the past 15 years, this would be a terrible mistake. Rite aid and walgreens are within a mile distance and we need wonderful restaurants and a sense of community!

This sounds like a terrible idea. The family-owned restaurants and Trader Joe's & Sprouts stores in such a pretty shopping center (including the fish and turtle pond!) helped us decide to buy our home nearby. CVS has no charm. It's not somewhere to celebrate with delicious food and drinks. It's not somewhere to bring out-of-town guests. It's a big box impersonal drugstore. No need for another with Rite-Aid and Target within walking distance. So sad. The Village Walk is so unique and pretty. I will absolutely not support a CVS or anything else in the place of Karina's or Via Lagos. Why not consider a CVS at the new Millenia center being built at Birch and Eastlake Parkway?

Not only will I not support the CVS business if placed in Village Walk, I will join forces with other local moms who are planning to boycot CVS upon its arrival.
