Keep the integrity at Winding Walk of that as a small town feel. My family has been residents of Chula Vista since at least the 1920's. Progress is certainly a part of growth. But at the expense of small business owners it is not always welcome. The parking lot at Winding Walk seems to always be busy so I don't think business is hurting. We don't need another CVS here. Chula Vista has drug stores all over the place including right across Otay Lakes Rd.

We don't need another drug store - we need more small businesses and restaurants! We are very sad to hear that Via Lago is leaving!

This lovely shopping center does not need a CVS. Chula Vista needs great local restaurants. Please do not ruin a great place to shop.

Please do not close two beloved restaurants of the area. We don't need or want a CVS in that location. There's plenty of other areas for a CVS. Do not close Via Lago or Karinas!!

We don't need more drugstores. We have plenty already and they are usually empty. We love the restaurants in Village Walk and do not want to see them go.

Please consider our request! Putting a CVS in Village Walk is undesirable for so many reasons! Thank you for supporting the opinions of your customers.

I have lived in Eastlake since 1988 since it was first built. Residents waited years to have great neighborhood restaurants in our beautiful community. We finally have places to meet with friends and family for a nice dinner without leaving our community. Via Lago and Karina's are the best local restaurants in East Chula Vista! How dare Sudberry properties cave to big box, deep pocket companies, What about our small business? you are running them out of the most beautiful shopping center in Eastlake. SHAME ON YOU, Sudberry, do the right thing! NO MORE BIG BOX DRUGSTORES! We have Target. Walmart, Walgreens & Rite Aid within a mile of each other, do you really think anyone will shop at a CVS? I for one will never shop there in support of these beautiful small business restaurants that you are running out!

These restaurants add to the charm of Village Walk and Eastlake...taking away unique eateries that this community severely lacks already.
