Keep the restaurants at Village Walk!! We don't want a CVS!!

I am a local Realtor and I am disgusted at the fact that you would being another drugstore to this community. It's a waste and the local restaurants you have now serve a purose in making this area a true community to attract families too. I can assure you now that I see your greedy ways I will be sure to never support the proposed pharmacy and I will be sure to let every know about your greedy ways. Keep local small business alive!

Please keep these beautiful restaurants. They add so much to our community. I promise I nor any of my friends or associates will EVER shop at your DVD.

There isn't enough parking in this lot to support a CVS. You should be good citizens and use existing structures, i.e. the Albertsons. We don't need a CVS in this shopping center. It will change the whole tone of the center. If you do put it there, I will not shop there, on principal, if nothing else. I want Via Lago to stay and Sudbury to go.

I love Via Lago! We seriously don't need another drug store! I'll only go to Walgreens anyway, I'll never ever shop there!

Dear Sudberry Properties Please reconsider removing the only two establishments worth dining at via lago and Karrinas. The area there is beautiful and makes the shopping center worth visiting. If a cvs is put in I will not be patrionizing it. I am sending an email to cvs corporate as well. We have enough drug stores in the area. Thank you Tina Morton

Eastlake needs more restaurants, not a box store

I agree with what one of the family members of the Via Lago voiced their concern. We do not need another "sterile" corporation. A CVS is not appealing to this beautiful shopping center that has already been established as a family oriented environment with the beautiful restaurants and walkways. Being a Realtor in the local area, I heard of the talk of a CVS taking over and was quite disgusted that this was going to take place. I am glad to see there has been a petition created for so many members in our community against this. I will continue to spread the word too now that I am aware of this petition as their are many not only fellow Realtors of mine who will be on an uproar but also our clients who have grown fond of Via Lago and Karina's. I will also spread the word to my clients as well. This is NOT good for the community and would be devastating to see a CVS go up here in this gorgeous corner. It would be an eye sore! We already have Target, Rite Aid, Vons....NO TO CVS! I will join the boycott along with the community if CVS is taking over and I will discourage everyone I know to not step into the store.

I love the stores i have in my area they are walking distance and i love to hang out with my friends and family!.

CVS is bad for Eastlake. We like our conformable atmosphere.
