There is no need for another CVS pharmacy, or any other big corporation, to destroy the the hometown feel of our beloved Village Walk center. If you choose to destroy the current buildings and water fountain in favor of a CVS, I will not shop there. I'm sure the sentiment is mutual for many Eastlake, Rolling Hills Ranch and Otay Ranch residents. Please do not destroy our community, Sudbury Properties!

I am a regular customer at Via Lago and do not want to see it forced out of business. We have plenty of other options in the neighborhood for drug store chains but very few fine restaurants. By tearing down these restaurants, you are ruining the character of our neighborhood. I urge you to reconsider. Keep Via Lago and Karina's in Eastlake!

Don't ruin a great family shopping and dining area! I will not go there anymore and will encourage all my friends and family to do the same!

This would most definitely negatively impact such a beautiful shopping center and community gathering area. The entire South Bay area is overrun by CVS Pharmacies so surely there is not a need for yet another one. My family's purchasing power will absolutely not support this development.

Horrible Idea to build a CVS. I would never shop at it. Chula Vista already has 3 CVS, do we really need another CVS......NO!!!

Greed has turned our nice little community into an overpopulated, rental ghetto, traffic infested city I really would rather not live in. No one listens to the homeowner because it is all about whose pocket is getting greased. Seriously, a CVS?! We already have a Rite Aid, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, etc. I honestly don't think it will make a difference if ww get so many signatures because they will continue to lie until the CVS is built.

We definitely do not welcome or need another drug store in our community, especially at Village Walk. We need more restaurants & small business owners to maintain the welcoming feel of our community.

This is NOT ok! We do not want a CVS to go there. There's a Rite Aide right down the street! Don't close down Via Lago and Carina's!

It is shameful that this is happening in our community. This is not the first instance in our community that the love of money goes against the communities wishes.
