We will not allow this to happen! All about greed...does anyone care about moms and pops anymore? These family owned establishments appreciate our families and give back to the community in so many ways. We do NOT need a CVS! Please listen and put compassion and family in front of this plan! No to CVS!!!

We don't need another CVS. Small business is so much more important.

The current layout of the site and public spaces is great! The Original architect did a great job to integrate landscaping, the small lake and the animal sculptures/play area for kids; be more imaginative and match your marketing to the space you have to make this work, the solution is not to destroy this bountiful space and the small business around it!

do not put a cvs in and remove two of the best resturants in eastlake! If you do, this community will rally against you. In addition, deal with the shopping cart return situation in your damn parking lot! Take out a few spaces and add cart returns so there aren't stray carts everywhere from all the lazy people who won't walk them back to the stores!

If your goal is to make Village Walk less inviting and less family friendly, then I understand why the leasing company would want CVS. If you want Village Walk to keep families coming to your "inviting outdoor spaces", then keep our restaurants and fountains. Please reconsider keeping our family run businesses/restaurants that cater to our family run lifestyles. Don't bring CVS in.

This shopping center has enough retail, I would hate to see the 2 grreat restaurants torn down., t is such a nice setting. The traffic will become too congested as it already is at full tilt. Why not consider putting up CVS in the next shopping center where the old Albertson's used to be, at Proctor, & San Miguel Rd., plenty of empty buildings. There ample parking spaces there and that shopping center is in need of a good anchor store. Going to CVS would help us out in our neighbor, then we don't have to go to the Rite Aid at Otay Lakes & Eastlake Pwky, which is already such a congested area. You will destroy the establishments in all the other retail spaces in Village Walk if you do construction, It will be a total mess, & then I will boycott CVS!!

This is not good for Chula Vista. I for one will not be shopping at this CVS should it go into Village Walk.

My family loves this area and restaurants. To close these restaurants and tear down the fountain would be awful! Another drugstore is not needed!!
