This is rediculous the team has been around almost 90 years and now there's a problem. Grow up and focus on the more important issues today. Loosing constitutional rights, govenment corruption, military bennifits, health care, ss security. There are 5 more important issues to foucus on but instead of fixing our problems as a nation we keep tearing holes from within. I am partially native american and proud to be a redskins fan! HTTR!

The "Washington Redskins" name is not derogatory or disparaging in any way. The meaning of the name has always honored the Native American people. The government and politicians need to drop this whole stupid issue and actually focus on important matters that actually affect the citizens of this country!

I'm sure his heart loves the redskins, but political forces preclude.

Being a Redskins fan is a badge of honor and pride. I am from California never been to Virginia and watched the Redskins play in there stadium. I have never heard a person call a native american redskins in a derogatory way. I am 29 years old. The way I was brought up from school and my home in America was the person with the less amount of points loses. Stop letting the small minority vote win. If that was the case. We will have two presidents, Thirty-two nfl championship teams and all college sports teams will be ranked number 1.
