Mrs Hardwick is the reason I chose to stay in Arkadelphia after high school to continue my education!!! Such a friendly, helping, caring person!!!! Always there to answer any questions I had! Ludicrous that Henderson State is even considering this! I am ashamed of my alma mater!

If it wasn't for Vikita Bell Hardwick I certainly wouldn't have attended HENDERSON STATE UNIVERSITY! I never met anyone who was more passionate and excited about the institution than she! The tour and pep talk I received from her the day I visited immediately placed any other university or college off my list! If you remove Vikita Bell Hardwick you kill the very definition of the Reddie Spirit!

Vikita is an amazing woman and mentor. HSU has been fortunate to have her and it would be a huge loss for the campus community if she left. Vikita was like a 2nd mom to me when I was at HSU.

Without Vikita my daughter would not have been able to be enrolled. We removed Spenser from arkadelphia high school due to bullying and Vikita and hsu wrapped their arms around her and made her a Reddie and changed her life!!!! Spenser's life would have been dramatically different without Vikita! Vikita you have my full support ,my very large mouth and my gratitude for what you did for my family !!

Replace the people who are really the problem at Henderson, not Mrs. Bell. She cares about the students and has face to face contact with most of the students. Replace the Greek Advisor she is the reason why the Greeks aren't involved due to her strict rules and lack of understanding of Greek Life at Henderson State University not UofA. There's a major difference.

I've known Ms. Vikita for years. Her spirit and love for people is genuine and her love for the community, students, alumni, faculty and staff
is like no other. Ms. Vikita's tenure at HSU as Director of Admissions is very important to the stability of the campus and she should not be replaced!

She is one of the many reasons I loved my time at HSU. She was a caring part of the Heart of Henderson. I really hope they make the right choice. Vikita is our HSU family, don't turn your back on family!!!
