She is TRULY the Pillar of HSU! I would be surprised to fine ONE person who does not a memory or positive experience in regards to Ms. Vikita. She embodies the very essence of what a true Reddie Spirit should be and is!!!!!!! Don't make this HORRIFIC MISTAKE HSU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because of Vikita my son was able to defeat many obstacles and enroll in school. My son has never been a test taker. After taking the ACT several times he was very discouraged about enrolling in school. Miss Vikita encouraged him and made sure she did everything she could to make it possible for him to pursue his education. Fast forward 4 years later, my son is a Henderson state college graduate. Vikita the Williams family gives you our full support. Keep the pilar!

Mrs. Vikita was incredibly influential in my admission to HSU when I was barely 17 and starting college at a young age. This wonderful woman was the main reason I was able to attend college a year early. I believe she could do the same for many incoming freshmen in the years to come. By going through with this, I believe this could prove to be detrimental to Henderson.

Please keep the Pillar. I attended Henderson University fall spring of 1989 through 1991 and a 1/2. It will be a drastic loss to our Henderson University family. I pray you all keep the Pillar.

A very influential person on and off campus. Linking the student's at HSU to administration is more important then most realize. This would be detrimental to the development of the students and drive any significant progress backwards. I support the Pillar as an alumni.

Over the last few years Henderson had demonstrated callous disregard for what the alumni wants. The personnel decisions, and new hires reveal a lack of professionalism and poor decision making.

Vikita was at HSU when I graduated with my Master's degree and worked there in the late 90's!...She is not only an outstanding professional but an outstanding person...We all know what the real deal is...There is someone else they want to bring in simply because they know them (friend, relative, etc) or because they owe someone a favor...#pathetic...#politics
