Keep the original cast in the Northern Exposure Revival!

The entire cast is what made this show.

Keep them in smaller roles and add some new blood too.

The ensemble cast is what made northern exposure northern exposure. To purposely exclude some of the original cast in this so-called re-boot is a travesty. The appeal and charm of the show is the sum of all the parts. It’s core characters are interwoven The omission of those cast members makes this a fraud reboot.

Please keep the original cast! I have been a fan for 30 years, it will not be the same without them.

Call it whatever you want to, but without the chemistry of the original cast, it will only be the ghost of its own shadow.

It won't be a REboot if you give any of the (available) original cast members THE boot! Please bring them ALL back.

Please reconsider the inclusion of original cast members for the reboot of Northern Exposure. Otherwise, it's not NX. We know they are older. We know they may not play lead roles. We also know it cannot have any of it's original magic without their contributions!

We're all curious to see what happened to the main characters over these years, and we are kind of yearning to see them interacting with one another again. Please let us see them all, if at all possible. If some want to be part of the reboot and are not invited, there are lots of us who aren't going to feel good about that at all.

We need the main characters back. Even if they are older now, that doesn't mean they couldn't necessarily be the same. If they have changed due to situations in their lives, we'd be able to find out how that may have changed their ways of thinking. Perhaps, the odd one might be even quirkier. For good or bad. So, bring as many actors back as relatively possible. People born around the original showing have no idea who and how these people are. We are your token audience. Also, keep it on regular TV channels.

The whole point of a reboot is to appeal to the fans of the original series. The only way to do this is to cast as many of the original actors as possible.
