After 35 years of success, with no issues to the NYSPHSAA Glens Falls remains the best venue, with the most organized staff, and most dedicated volunteers. Glens Falls is the perfect sized city, with the perfect arena, and the perfect committee, to host this event each year. There is an old coaching saying, that is just right for this situation, "if it aint broke,, don't fix it!" To move this tournament, for whatever reason, petty politics, power and control, old grudges or anything else, would be very short sighted on the part of the powers that be in the NYSPHSAA. Keep the tournament where it belongs! Glens Falls!

I was just checking the local hotel availability and the feedback from coaches is genuinely overwhelming because nobody seems to understand why they would even consider moving the tournament. It feels like the association is playing some weird game of chess while the actual community of players and families just wants things to stay the same at the arena we already know works perfectly.

Please think about keeping this heartfelt tradition in our community. So much love and care surrounds this tourney. In addition to the economic benefits.
Keep politics out of the selection process for this wonderful, extremely well run event which showcases the hard working student athletes who participate. Keep it where it belongs, Glens Falls
I ran into John Wallace on Thursday night in West Chester and his eyes lit up when I mentioned Glens Falls. "Man, you're taking me back to 1992." "Me too John. Me too."
There is no better arena for high school basketball than the Glens Falls Civic Center. The volunteer staff that runs this tournament is amazing. It is small town and definitely worth keeping it that way!
Having photographed Basketball games at the Civic Center for years going back to the late 80's with the amazing rivalries between Shenendehowa and Albany, I strongly urge the powers that be to keep the tournament in Glens Falls!!!
Reward the success of GF.
I would be very disappointed to see this tournament change venues.

I remember playing in the Civic Center as a kid and it was awesome. The tourney and Glens Falls have been good for each other for years. Do not ruin it.
