We are in desperate need now more than ever to keep history in our society. I saw where Isis was criticised for destroying historic monuments. What do you think our society is doing by changing the names and removing items that have historic pasts?

This is our history. Gen. Jackson fought for States rights. Not slavery, jackson freed his slaves. BTW Gen Washington had slaves. Should we change the name of GW high as well?

Keep the name, this is crazy. If it weren't for these men we would not have what we have today. We need to honor our history.
