The name needs to stay the same. No need for the word 'new' either, just The Balfour Hospital is all it needs.

The Balfour has served my family well for nearly 40 years, most of us having treatment there in one form or another during that time. 2 of my children were born there, I'd hate to see it lose the name it's had for so long.

I am a seventeen year old girl living just outside Inverness.
I was born in Balfour Hospital and brought up in Orkney for fourteen years. I take pride in being the only Orcadian in my family, growing up in such a beautiful place, and find myself constantly visiting at least a few times a year. I feel that taking away the hospitals known name would take away some of my originality and a part of my past. Keeping the name would be highly easier to others living on the Island too; and even myself when being asked what hospital I was born in.
