I was very much looking forward to a Metro in this neighbourhood. We are a building of young professionals with informed and eclectic tastes that could benefit from Metro's diversified brand selection.

Why devalue an up and coming neighbourhood when you can only add to the value. Metro is what this neighbourhood needs !

It is a huge disappointment. This area was supposed to be an up coming high end area. Metro would've add value to our neighbourhood.

You promised and advertised a metro, which was a key factor to getting me to move into this area, so do not false advertise and deliver on your promise

Houses in this area a now selling for a million dollars. Food basics will not appeal to the changing demands of the neighborhood.

I definitely know that I am my friends and neighbors would not shop at Food Basics but we would absolutely shop at Metro.
Makes no sense for a Food Basics to be in the area if we are striving towards cleaning up the neighborhood.

This needs to be a metro!! Like advertised and promised by fuse. Everything around here is discount grocers, it would be nice to have variety! Otherwise I'll still be going to Loblaws rather then walking across the street to 'my local' grocer. What's going to be different then just going to fresh co?
