All medical students at Mojave High School have recently found out very devastating news. Cords will no longer be handed out to students in the medical program due to wanting to raise up the importance of cords to make them more valuable. Yet, there is a high level of importance coming with this medical program. All students have worked hard and have dedicated their time for 3 years to this program. Us, students, decided to join this program, we have decided to dedicate our time, and we deserve so much more than just a good grade, we all definitely deserve a cord. A cord to many may not mean a lot but for us who have gained the knowledge during these years, it means our accomplishment with this program. The cord will also represent a thank you to our teachers who have worked hard to teach us every day that passes by for 3 years. Our teachers will also be glad for us to have the cords back. We deserve to walk graduation day with a cord that we all deserve. Bring them back for Class of 2018 and all other graduating classes in the future. LETS HAVE A VOICE STUDENTS!

I really thought this might just float around in the void but seeing everyone jumping on board is honestly making me pace around my room because it just feels sudden and huge. It is wild to see how many people actually care about these cords and get why those three years of work deserve a physical recognition. We are gaining some serious steam now so let us just keep pushing until they actually listen.

I was very pissed of how when Mrs.Dungao told us what the administrations had done. I was literally close to going up to their office and literally yell at them. It’s totaly unfair of how we don’t get out ours and especially that we have to do the CTE test as well as the other CTE classes do as well and they get cords and we don’t, it’s so unfair!!!

Mojave shouldn’t take away your cords. Medical is extremely hard and you guys worked too hard for them to be taken away from you!

Medical students deserve to be recognized for being apart of such an amazing program and those cords represent that.

Taking this program away, would make no sense. My daughter and her friends have been in this program since it started, it helped them choose their future. They are all extending their education in the medical field in some way.

As the mother of one of these well deserving students I want to show my support in their effort to graduate with a medical cord that signifies the great effort that they have put forth over the last 3 years. These student are deserving of such recognition and we add a community should be supporting them!! Give them their Medical Cords back Mojave...... support these hard working students!!!

Please keep the medical cords for the medical students who have rightfully completed the medical course. We are just as important as other courses that receive the cords for graduation.

it's not fair this is most definitely a qualifying program for cords.

When people make promises they should keep up. I put effort in a program to have great things to come out of it but we get no chords so we should just drop the class and hope for nothing
