Keep the Lewisburg Median

Please keep the previously approved and constructed median. We do not need an unsafe 5 lane road coming through this beautifully planned area of Franklin the Berry Farms homeowners & city taxpayers have invested in.

We support maintaining the median on Lewisburg Road. It enhances the neighborhood and adds a level of safety on this ever growing corridor.

Keep the median for safety and beauty, and don't waste my tax dollars!

Keep the median! It is designed for safety and traffic flow for all residents on both sides of Lewisburg Pike. I assume the design was approved sometime ago by the city of Franklin. It seems totally inappropriate that removal of the median at this point in time would even be considered. It be a total waste of taxpayers' money

For safety and aesthetics, KEEP THE MEDIAN!!

We as residents of the City of Franklin have been blessed with very capable and well informed leaders of our community. This is a project that was approved by our leaders more than 10 years ago. Several important points were addressed by our leaders in their decision making process. Safety for the residents being the utmost determining factor in that process; both for projected traffic flow and pedestrians. It is unfortunate for the county resident that he did not properly research public records prior to his county residential purchase in January 2015. We are all faced with inconviences with traffic flow; however we all learn to cope and move on. To remove the Lewisburg median; which is approaching completion, would be a tremendous for all who travel that busy corridor and the City of Franklin

This is ridiculous. This would pose an unsafe flow of traffic for thousands of people as well as school buses picking up the children of this neighbor hoods.

Please keep the median and get the light installed so there is a safe way to leave the neighborhood. Currently with no light at certain times of day it is unsafe.

Please keep the median and other scheduled enhancements as approved 10 years ago. Safety for pedestrians and drivers should be the primary concern. Thank you.

As I was driving down Lewisburg today looking for the home with the complaint about the median, I noticed that a left turn lane was right in front of that home. It can't get any more convenient than that. Keep the median please.

The driveway of the person opposed to the median is literally 5 yards from an opening in the median where he can make a u turn to go north on Lewisburg Pike. Is the such an inconvenience for one individual to justify wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax payer money? Or to destroy the beauty and safety of the median?

Keep the median as planned.

We just moved into Berry Farms and are absolutely opposed to having the median on Lewisburg Pike removed. How can one person's voice outweigh hundreds of others???

I respectfully request that the COF keep the median for all the reasons cited in the petition. Thank you!

Want the median to remain. Looks better and to bear that expense for one person is ridiculous. Plans were in place when house purchased.

I wholeheartedly support the petition to keep the median on Lewisburg Pike as designed and planned.

I respectfully request that the median be left as originally approved. (1) For safety reasons. (2) To honor the multiple owners at Berry Farms that purchased with this in the plan. (3) Lastly, the aesthetic greatly enhances the area for all owners.

I am a local attorney and would respectfully ask that the city not let one individual who believes he/she may be slightly inconvenienced create a situation that creates a much more dangerous traffic situation. Thank you for your consideration.
