As a homeowner in Berry Farms and a resident of the COF for the last eight years, I fully support keeping the median. The corridor along Lewisburg will continue to see traffic growth, and with the hill, visibility is not optimal. The median helps direct traffic to safe spots to cross, thus preventing accidents. It would be a waste of taxpayers' dollars to pull the median out now that it is almost completed. The complaints of one disgruntled homeowner should not negatively affect the future safety of hundreds of Berry Farms residents. Please keep the median!!

If Franklin was sued and loss what would damages be? I say keep median and fight. Median was public record. Sue realtor!

This median is something that has been "on the books" for over 10 years. Before purchasing, the homeowner on Lewisburg and his realtor should have satisfied themselves by investigating with the City of Franklin all proposed and planned future development affecting access to his driveway. There was obvious construction in the area at the time he purchased his home and this median is no more of a complaint issue than the idea that the new Publix is ruining Berry Farms condo owners' views of the hills. Additionally, it appears to be extremely unsafe for a left turn to be made out of that driveway onto Lewisburg Pike anyway, so keeping the median may, in fact, save his own life or that of one of his family members. Finally, because of the inconvenience of one homeowner, the safety and property values of hundreds of others dwelling in Berry Farms would be negatively affected by removal of the landscaped median.

Safety first. Keep the median. Making a U-turn isn't that difficult, and will enable ALL traffic (not just traffic for one household) to flow more safely through what is already a very busy corridor. A corridor that's only going to grow more congested in coming years with the projected growth of our wonderful city of Franklin.

Safety should be more important than inconvenience. There shouldn't be a debate over this.

Please leave the roadway as is. One person's complaint is not a reason to change a plan that has been in the works for 10 years.

This median design was approved and is part of the long term planning that is needed for the growth of this area and to provide the expected safety to its residents/visitors. Removing this median now is contrary to the values that we expected when becoming residents of the City Of Franklin.

If the median is removed, traffic approaching the crest of the hill would have to deal with a blind driveway which is hazardous. The median design was approved through proper channels over 10 years ago and should not be removed due to a single Williamson County resident complaint-- the issue is a matter of convenience, rather than a loss of access.

Keep the median! I purchased my home knowing we would have a median in place to keep people safe, traffic moving and increase property value. I especailly worry about pedistrians and bikers who will increasingly come to berry farms to shop and who will be crossing the street. I do not want my tax dollars going to removal of the median, plans that have been approved for over 10 years.

It seems completely unfair to me that one resident could disrupt plans that have been in the making for years.

Please keep the median. All of us in Berry Farms did our due diligence prior to buying in here. We paid for our homes, knowing the median was going to be a part of our investment. This person who probably had to make a decision in 2 minutes, is now unhappy with their lack of patience. It sounds like this unhappy person needs to be contacting their real estate agent for a refund.

• Berry Farms stakeholders were aware of the approved master roadway plan at the time they purchased homes and made investments based on this plan. These multiple homeowners should not be penalized based on an individual request.

Don't let one person interrupt the safety and convenience of many. I believe this median was built at the request of the city and with Franklin taxes for the smooth and safe traffic flow around Berry Farms. The supposed inconvenience of one in no way supercedes the well planned traffic patterns created by the traffic median.

Do not remove the median

The perception of inconvenience to few should not intervene with the long term planning and safety of many.
