I think this artwork is great! I have to drive past this every day and it makes me smile every time! People should be allowed to paint whatever wonderful animals they want on their houses!! It shows youngsters in the area that animals are an amazing thing! I love this! And a childcare business or not I think it's great!!

I find it incredibly difficult to fathom how any jobsworth could judge this as advertising and not simply a pleasant piece of art for people to enjoy. If it only takes 1 complaint for this to be treated the way it is, what about outweighing that with positive responses. If there are more positives, then surely as a democratic society we can agree that, whilst it's sad someone doesn't like it, far more people do, therefore it has the right to stay and have those people enjoy it.
