This is definitely art, there is no advert. It's beautiful art at that, just because it has come out of a spray can doesn't make it less of a masterpiece. One complaint will remove it but how many does it take to keep it up?

I think it should stay it brings a smile to the face when you go by and I certainly haven't seen any advertising on it.

Please do not remove this lovely artwork, it's inspiring and I'm sure the kids love it, please Wiltshire Council do not remove this, concentrate on more pressing issues such as housing homeless families!

Mmm so there wasn't a problem when the zoo was painted on a council owned building but now because one person has an issue with this painting on a privately owned property it's some how construed as advertising...ridiculous!

Do you remember Esther Rantzen's TV programme 'That's Life!'? The programme regularly referred to councils being 'Jobsworths', trying to enforce ridiculous laws. This sort of street art just brightens things up. Let it stay.

Whoever claimed this is advertising is a simple minded person who can think of nothing better to do. How is this advertising? What is it trying to sell? Nothing. It is a pretty painting on a nursery. Grow up and stop being a snob.
