Gives us access to all the programs we need for our course and the overall environment working in a studio with others their to help/work with is much more beneficial than being sat in my room working alone!

It's really difficult to work from my laptop at home, especially with some of the software we use... This would be a massive help!!

Since there are students who can't work on course's heavy projects on their home pc, and even less have working Nuke software at home, unlimited time for working at FMM would greatly benefit the development of our projects.

This would be super handy as we cannot get the software at home. Though the LRC is available for us it lacks the software and render farm we need for deadlines and projects.

This is exactly the same for every music student who doesn't have the privilege of spend £1500 on a Mac to get the appropriate software. Either keep it open for longer or at least have an area of the LRC designed for music, film, animation and games students.

We should be able to work round the clock to produce the best work we can! We are paying so much money we should have access to where that money is spent!

this is crucial around deadline times for film and tv too - the vast majority of us don't have our own facilities at home of the same capacity (or dont have macs) to do post-production work!

No one really likes being cramped in a small editing suite. Give it a go, if it doesn't work, it doesn't work.

Everyone, even if you're not affected by this, should sign the petition, as it affects UH as a whole and is a question giving equal access to all students.
