Keep the East Beach Green

The modifications to the plan will lower the value of every home in East Beach. This is an utter betrayal of the vision which we were oriented and into which we all accepted as a condition of our purchase of homes. The design is not just driven by heedless, greed but—worse—it is utterly pathetic in its design incompetence

Got enough empty lots and hungry people, time to make a public green space that actually helps the community.

Please keep the space green. We like the farmers market right where it is and do not want it displaced.

Please keep the original vision of keeping this open space for families to gather, play, and relax.

This space needs to be turned into the original green triangle. Please don’t add more houses!

The absolute last thing this neighborhood needs is more townhouses, condos or apartments!

Keep it green open space. Enough density already!

East Beach is already over developed with too few facilities to support such a densely packed area. Green spaces are essential and financial gain cannot always be more important than the well-being of the residents.
