That area is already too congested on both sides of the road. Three story townhouses on one side and more houses on the other. This green space is needed.

The farmers market should remain as an open space and functions as a meeting and gathering spot for not only residents of east beach, but for anyone interested in stopping bye and as a newcomer, I have enjoyed the market very much, and I ask that you please do not build on this parcel of land and allow the market to continue! Thank you

East Ocean View is over developed and we have already don’t have enough parking - with the new restaurant going in down there - it’s going to be way to congested if the triangle is developed, keep it for the farmers market and public use

The current appearance of EB bears little resemblance to the original plans. How unfortunate for all except the developer…and the City coffers.
