Please let us keep this amazing farmer's market. It is crucial that we keep some green space for our community. Thank you.

The absolute best farmers market!! It would be such a shame to see more townhouses in this area.

Why try building apartments in a spot that will be underwater in 10 years? How about some vegetation instead of bean counters trying to amass more wealth by building houses for jacked up rent

As an EOV resident, I am very concerned about the density of housing being built in East Beach and surrounding area, especially the multi-story condos/apartments built right up to the sidewalk with no green spaces. I strongly urge you to maintain the “green triangle” at the corner of OV Ave and Shore Drive.

The triangle lot is vital to community events and to provide green space, keep it! I love attending the farmers market and it brings me to OV more than I would be otherwise.

I live in east ocean view and frequent the east beach farmers market that takes place on this lot. I also enjoy the open space among the bustling growth as a drive to and from my house daily.

As an original vendor from the farmers markets prior, having to move again would impact not only the vendors, but the customers as well. Having seen the continuous community growth around this area, keeping the Triangle Lot a green space for the community and market seems like a no brainer. We all look forward to getting together and sharing our lives, and this piece of property has been our avenue for doing that for the past few years.

Clearly this is putting profit/revenue over the right thing to do for the community. Not every decision should be measured in dollars.
