We hope this doesn't become another plot of homes. The market is a staple of east beach and ocean view!

As a 10+ year resident of Ocean View I think it would be a horrible decision for East Beach and Norfolk to fill the area where the farmers market is kept with more homes.

Open community space is essential to a thriving community. Placing townhomes in the last open space would be devastating

Townhomes here will overcrowd the area - we desperately need green space - residents want to keep it green!

The last thing we need in EB is even MORE townhomes. Please make the triangle lot a green space for the neighborhood and the farmers market!

Keep the green space in east beach. That is the only remaining green space in the area.

We look forward to the saturday morning farmers market all week. It's relieving seeing green space versus the same overpriced buildings on repeat. The trees and walking paths throughout East Beach make the neighborhood. The amount of building along pretty lake is disturbing and has turned into eye soares. Everything will look outdated in 20 years when the style has evolved. Please do not disrupt the natural land any further.

I feel that it is vital that we continue this areas use for locals, and the friends and family who already live here, and not make them feel like they aren't a priority, or that they need or deserve a safe place to spend time out doors. Why make room for buildings when its right on the more safer outdoor options for east beach? Where do we go when we want to support local businesses without going miles away?
