Stop cramming townhomes into every available space. We want to be able to enjoy our favorite beach spot and will no longer even have parking available to do so if townhomes keep being crammed in.

Green space is so incredibly important to a community. Removing a place for families to enjoy, a place for the community to gather, and a space for children to play has been demonstrated again and again to cause the surrounding area to deteriorate and the community to leave.

Keep it green! Don't overcrowd East Beach with townhomes! We love the openness as well as the weekly East Beach Market which makes East Beach feel unique! The East Beach market brings the community together and the lawn they use is a central location to tie East Beach to the OV community as well! Don't ruin a good thing

They have continued to over build. Every little space seems to need to be filled. Traffic is already crazy. I have to leave my condo at least 15 minutes early to make my appointments.
