We the undersigned,are concerned residents and Ratepayers of Donald who urge our Councillors of the Buloke Shire to keep the Donald Office open to the public.

Reaching this level of support honestly feels heavy because it proves how many people truly rely on this office remaining open. The path ahead remains long and difficult but seeing this backing keeps me moving forward.

The elderly need the face to face service, and people who know them and their situation. Like the rest of us they don't need to be just another number.
We need this in Donald, who will travel elsewhere just to go to the shire office?
Our population is ageing and there are a lot of residents who actually need the face to face contact with Shire Offices. Closing the office in Donald will not assist in promoting retired people to our safe friendly town.
I'm from the buloke shire and I believe these services are what communities need to stay afloat.
There will be no savings. Employee costs will be transfer to other departments.
My first job, was in this building, would be sad to see it closed.
