Having this at the Pier is only going to help the businesses in that area that have been steadily declining over the years. The Dive is respectful and in being located at the Pier, hopefully it will bring in more tourism $$$ to those businesses right there which greatly help Laconia. I grew up at the Weirs and while it's still a destination, it's nothing like what it was when I was younger.

Sounds like what happen to Ames Farm boat ramps. Sad that the owners of the Dive have to fight this. I see it helping the Weirs and I've only heard good things about the Dive.

These few people are not the majority. I support local businesses and those that don't obviously have nothing better to do than cause problems. Go back to Florida

I think the Dive is such a cool, fun idea and is a great addition to the summer fun offered on Lake Winnipesaukee. I hope the Dive does not get shut down because of one stink bug, so many many people enjoy visiting the lake and the Dive! I'm hoping to get to the Dive again this summer with my kids!

I've been on the Dive Bar at Weirs and I never thought it was loud at all... And I've been on it at West Alton sand bar, great concept. Sounds like harassment, maybe a counter complaint to stop the squeaky wheel.

What a shame that one person has to ruin the fun for everybody else. Go back to Florida. The dive is amazing. Such a wonderful addition to Lake Winnipesaukee.

I've met the owner a couple of times, he was explaining the construction of the establishment to exceed the specs of requirement. He struck me as a responsible business owner and wouldn't accept any shenanigans or intoxicated persons to ruin what he built.
