Let them stay! If it's just 1 person, you have to look at it from the perspective of: Are they are a habitual complainer? If there is any merit to the complaint, which there probably isn't, wouldn't there be more complainers? What laws are being broken? None, then leave them be.
It's a couple people trying to make it and they are bringing a new option to the Lakes Region which we all want. Btw- this "complainer" probably complains that there aren't enough diversity of places to go in the Lakes Region.

I/we live across the water from the Weirs. I do t hear any loud music coming from The Dive, but we do hear the loud music coming from Tower Hill Tavern &. The Big House... but we love the music!!! It’s the sounds of summer at the lake!!

This business is personal and the staff is amazing never noisy. I have enjoyed several relaxing nights on the boat with my wife please keep this wonderful organization floating in the weirs
